GridPlay is not a duly formed business entity in any jurisdiction, and all proceeds from this transaction will be used exclusively for essential operating costs, including but not limited to server fees. You acknowledge and understand that this transaction guarantees no equity interest or any other rights in any future business entity that GridPlay may form, and that your access to your grid or region is valid consideration for this agreement, and creates no obligation on the part of GridPlay or anyone affiliated with it to pay you back.
