Hypergrid enabled

Sooo turned out that the HG Auth module we have isnt so good. was causing visitors from other grids to not connect properly.
So we turned that off grid wide. Can come visit the Canadian Grid without accepting any terms.

HOWEVER visiting does mean you accept our ToS and GDPR to collect your grid username and UUID.
